How do I place an order?

  • Select a category and choose the product of your choice.
  • Create an account by registering or you can also proceed as a guest by entering your email id.
  • Enter your shipping address and discount vouchers/coupon codes as applicable.
  • Check the final price inclusive of all taxes and shipping charges. Pay via one of the payment options (COD, net banking, debit card or credit card). Your order is placed.
  • You will now receive a confirmation text message and mail from Team ArtzFolio.
  • You can check your order history in ‘My Account’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the order.

How will my order be delivered to me?

  • Your order would be delivered through reputed logistic companies at your doorstep.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

  • Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and text message from Team ArtzFolio. The mail will have all the details related to your order.
  • Order details can also be viewed at ‘My Account’, if you have placed the order through your own account online.

Do you take orders over phone?

  • We appreciate if you place the orders online. But in case you are not able to do so, we would be glad to assist you over the phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is COD only.

I tried placing order using my debit/credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?

  • If your debit/credit card isn't working, we can always try and assist you over the phone.

I placed an online order, but it was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from my debit card/credit card/bank account/credit points?

  • In case your bank/debit/credit card account has been debited for an unsuccessful transaction, it is usually rolled back by banks within 7 business days.
  • The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
  • In case your order is not successful and credit points have been deducted, we would initiate the refund within 3 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • Your order status is updated to you via emails and text messages. You can also check your order status at ‘My Account’.

Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your COD orders as long as they have not been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact our customer helpline to inform them about it.
  • In case of prepaid orders, most of our products are usually customized and made on customer’s order. We may not be able to return/exchange/cancel such orders.
  • For more details, kindly refer to the return and exchange policy on the respective product page or call our customer helpline.

I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?

  • In case of high value orders, you might receive a confirmation call to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

Can I place a bulk order for any product?

  • Bulk orders cannot be placed online. However we have provided a separate link on every page where you can post your queries/requirements. We will get back to you within 2 business days.

Can the products be returned/exchanged?

  • You can return/exchange your order for a full refund of the paid price (subject to certain conditions).
  • Our return/exchange policy does not apply to many product categories such as handmade paintings, limited-edition artworks, high-value products, personalized & customized products etc.
  • For more details, please refer to ArtzFolio’s 7 days return/exchange policy. Every product page mentions whether the product is returnable/exchangeable or not. Special rules for return/exchange of products may be applicable during special sales and promotional offers.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

  • Adding a new product to an already placed order is not possible. You can simply place a new order.

 


 

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards and Net Banking.
  • We also accept payment via cash-on-delivery (COD). However COD payments have a minimal convenience charge associated with them, as determined by the logistics partners from time to time.
  • For certain products with high value items, only debit card/credit card and net banking options are available.

Is it safe to shop online using my debit or credit card?

  • All online payments are processed through trusted payment gateways over a secured encrypted connection. So no worries here!

What is the process for cash-on-delivery (COD) purchase?

  • When you make a purchase using the COD option, your order will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your order before it gets dispatched.
  • If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.
  • You will have to pay cash to the logistic person at the time of product delivery.

Is there a charge for COD purchases?

  • There is a non-refundable convenience charge levied on COD purchases, as decided by the logistic partners.

How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?

  • If COD option is not available on your address, you can always opt for Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I purchase a product on ArtzFolio?

  • There are NO hidden charges. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the final cart page is exactly what you pay.

What should I do if my payment fails?

  • In case of a payment failure, please retry the transaction and ensure that the credit/debit card or net banking details are correct. Also ensure that your internet connection is working properly.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is usually credited back to the same account within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
  • You can also email us on help@artzfolio.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

Why isn't COD available to me?

  • COD option is not offered by our logistic partners at a few non-serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products.

Is there any kind of tax being charged?

  • Prices of all our products are inclusive of taxes. You don’t have to pay anything extra.

How much amount will be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?

  • In case of return/cancellation of an order, the entire amount paid by you initially is refunded back, except the convenience charge paid for the COD orders.
  • In case only a part of your order is returned, the amount paid corresponding only to those items will be refunded.

Do you accept International Card?

  • There may be an internal upper limit on the amount of international transaction fixed by our Payment Gateway Partner which changes from time to time and the same is not disclosed to us.

Can I make an online purchase on ArtzFolio through my mobile?

  • You can make online purchases and payments on the ArtzFolio mobile site/mobile app.

 


 

VOUCHERS & COUPON CODES

How do I use a voucher/coupon code?

  • Add products you want to purchase in your cart. Paste the voucher/coupon code in the ‘Enter voucher/coupon code’ box and click ‘Apply’. Now check the final order value.

What is the minimum order value for the application of welcome/promo vouchers/coupon codes?

  • Different vouchers are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value, please check the email or voucher card you received.

What products can I purchase with the vouchers/?

  • Different vouchers are applicable on different product categories. In order to know the valid categories, please check the email or voucher card you received.

Can I club two vouchers/coupon codes in one order?

  • Two vouchers/coupon codes cannot be applied in the same order. In general our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Why doesn't my voucher/coupon code work?

  • Make sure that your order value is equal to or more than the minimum amount necessary to avail the voucher/coupon.
  • Check that the code you are using is still valid and has not expired. The validity would be mentioned in the email/message you received from us.
  • Also make sure that the products in your cart fall under the categories qualifying for the discount.

I have used my voucher code in an order which was unsuccessful. What happens to my voucher?

  • On an unsuccessful transaction, you would receive a new voucher over your registered email within 2 business days. If you don’t receive the voucher code within the stipulated time, do write to us or give us a call.

I have returned my order. What happens to my welcome voucher used in the order?

  • If you choose to return your order, we would refund you the paid price. However, we won't be able to refund you the voucher value.

Is my voucher amount refundable?

  • Unfortunately not. Voucher amounts can neither be refunded nor en-cashed.

Is there validity date for my voucher/coupon code?

  • Every voucher/coupon code has its validity date which would be mentioned in the terms & conditions in email or the voucher card that you received.

 


 

SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • An estimated delivery time is usually displayed on individual product pages. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
  • Sometimes, delivery may take a bit longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please note that since most of our products are produced and customized at the customer’s order, some products might take a little longer to deliver.

Are there any shipping charges?

  • We offer absolutely free shipping on most products in India. However on certain low-value products, there might be some nominal shipping fees.
  • We charge shipping fees for deliveries outside India. The charges depend on the product size, value and shipping address.
  • The shipping charge is different from the cash-on-delivery (COD) convenience fee. There is a non-refundable convenience charge levied on COD purchases, as decided by the logistic partners.

Are the shipping charges refunded back in case of return of products?

  • The COD convenience charge and the shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

  • You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it. Contact our customer helpline for it.

Why is the delivery time different for different products?

  • Products in our catalogue are shipped from their different origin locations. Different products might take different time to deliver. Some products are heavy or bulky and shipped through our surface logistics partner. These orders may take 12-15 business days*. Also some products are made especially on the customer’s request and delivery for these would take longer than usual.
  • Delivery may not be possible at a few select locations. Please read the details available on the product page carefully before placing the order.
  • *Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Friday, excluding national and state holidays.

Will I receive my order in a single package?

  • Different products have different estimated delivery times. The products might reach you in a single or separate package and on different days.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do ship internationally. For any queries, you can mail us at help@artzfolio.com.

Why did I receive a partial order?

  • Products in our catalogue are shipped from their different origin locations. Also different products might take different time to deliver. For any undelivered products, the order might be under process.

I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?

  • We aim at delivering all our products at the earliest. However, the current logistics infrastructure doesn't allow us to expedite it further at the customer’s request.

How do I track my order?

  • Email and text messages are sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

I used my tracking number to check the shipment details, but the information is not clear to me.

  • Logistic companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Some of the most commonly used terms are:
    • In transit: Your order is on its way to your city
    • Out for delivery: Your order has reached your city and we will attempt to deliver it today
    • Hold at hub: We tried delivering your order at least once and we will try again in 48 hours
    • RTO in transit: Your order was undelivered and is on its way back to our warehouse

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?

  • Please visit the logistic partner's website and check the order status via the tracking number. You can also call the logistic partner with your reference number for clarification.
  • If you are not happy with the information, write us an email at help@artzfolio.com or give us a call with the order number and we will be happy to help you.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

ArtzFolio offers a 7 DAYS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY from the date of product delivery. Below points highlight the return policies:

  • Products can be returned or exchanged only if the product is damaged/defective or is wrong.
  • CUSTOMIZED/SPECIAL ORDERS: Returns/exchanges are not accepted for products on custom and special orders, i.e. those created specially as per your request or customized to a special size/style.
  • PROMOTIONAL OFFERS: Products ordered during special promotional and festive sales are not refundable, exchangeable or cancellable. Special rules for return/exchange of products may be applicable during special sales and promotional offers. Please check out the relevant promotional terms & conditions at the time of your purchase.
  • RETURN ACCEPTANCE: Returns will be accepted only if the products are returned in an undamaged and saleable condition in their original packaging, along with all components of the product as well as any complimentary gifts which came along. Final acceptance of the return is subject to the inspection by the ArtzFolio Team.
  • REFUND AMOUNT: You are entitled to receive a full refund of the paid price (subject to certain conditions) for returning a product.
  • DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you receive a package that is open/damaged or looks to have been tampered with, kindly do not accept the delivery of the product and contact ArtzFolio Team immediately.

I have received a damaged product and/or a product which I did not order. What do I do?

  • IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE IN ANY WAY OR YOU RECEIVE A PACKAGE THAT IS OPEN/DAMAGED OR LOOKS TO HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH, KINDLY DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT AND CONTACT TEAM ARTZFOLIO IMMEDIATELY.
  • Take multiple digital photos of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged) and mail them at help@artzfolio.com.
  • Kindly mention your order number, product details, logistic tracking number, and your ArtzFolio’s registered email id in the mail. Also include a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
  • Team ArtzFolio will confirm you the status of your product refund/replacement within 3-4 business days, post which you will have to ship the product to be returned/exchanged at the return delivery address of ArtzFolio.
  • Kindly repack the product in its original packaging materials and deliver it to us.
  • Please note that the cost of returning the product to ArtzFolio is the responsibility of the customer.

How do I initiate the return/exchange of a product?

  • You can raise a return/exchange request by sending us a mail at help@artzfolio.com or by calling us on our customer helpline.
  • Kindly mention your order number, product details and your ArtzFolio’s registered email id in the mail.
  • Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible.

Is the product pick-up facility during return/exchange available at my address? Will my return/exchange product be picked up by the logistic person or will I have to ship it myself?

  • If the pick-up facility is available at your address, our logistic partner would pick up the return product from your doorstep.
  • In case the pick-up facility is not available at your address, you are requested to either drop-ship your product at our designated drop-off centers or self-ship it to us.

What is Drop-Ship facility? Which all locations have the Drop-Ship center?

  • Drop-ship is a facility where the customers can visit our drop-off centers and return their products without paying any processing fee or logistic charges.
  • Refunds for the returned product will be initiated post product inspection by our team.
  • At present, we have only one drop-off center. The address is mentioned below:

What is Self-Ship facility? How does it work?

  • For self-ship option, the customer can ship the product to be returned/exchanged at the below address:

  • Please note that the cost of returning the product to ArtzFolio is the responsibility of the customer.
  • WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO RETURN THE PRODUCT VIA REPUTED LOGISTIC COMPANIES.

Can I return/exchange a part of my order?

  • Yes, you can return/exchange a part of your order in case of multiple items in single order.
  • All components of the product as well as any complimentary gifts which came along with it must be returned back while returning/exchanging the original product.

How long will the return process take?

  • Once we receive your returned product, it usually takes 4-5 business days to initiate the refund subject to product inspection.
  • The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of refund chosen by you. However, we might take a little long time in exceptional situations.

On returning my order, will I be refunded back the COD convenience and/or shipping charges? If I return a product on my own using the Self-Ship option, do I get back the shipping charges?

  • The COD convenience and shipping charges for both delivery and return are non-refundable for any kind of an order.
  • Please note that the cost of returning the product to ArtzFolio is the responsibility of the customer.
  • However, if you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, we will pay both the delivery and return shipping charges.

What items can I buy in exchange? Can I exchange my product for an item of lesser value?

  • You can buy any product in exchange. The exchange value will be equal to the actual amount paid for the order post any discount that was availed at the time of ordering.
  • The final price of exchanged products should preferably be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
  • In case the value of exchanged products is less, we will not be able to adjust the remaining balance and you will lose that amount.
  • In case the value of exchanged products is more, you will have to make a prepaid or COD payment depending on the payment policy applicable on the exchanged products.

How soon can I expect the exchanged product?

  • The request for exchanged product is accepted as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection. Post inspection, the exchanged product will be delivered as per the estimated time mentioned on its product web page.
  • In case of any unexpected delay, we will keep you informed by email and SMS.

Can I buy multiple items in exchange for a single product?

  • No

Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your orders within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed and/or dispatched.
  • We may not be able to return/exchange/cancel any product which is customized are per customer’s preferences.
  • Products ordered during special promotional and festive sales may not be refundable, exchangeable or cancellable.

 


 

REFUNDS

How will I be repaid for the returned/exchanged products?

  • On receiving your returned product in our warehouse and post its inspection, we will process the refund amount in terms of credit points for a cash-on-delivery (COD) order. Please share your bank account details in an email, in case you want the refund in your bank account.
  • If the payment was made by debit card, credit card or net banking, we can either issue credit points or reverse the paid order value to the debit/credit card or credit your net banking account.

How long will the refund process take? What do I do if I haven’t received my refund within the estimated time?

  • Usually the refunds are initiated within 7 business days post product inspection. However an estimate timing for receiving the refund amount would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
  • The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

CREDIT POINTS

What are credit points? Can I purchase them?

  • Credit points are an outstanding amount paid by you which get accumulated in your account. If you happen to return any item, we can refund you the order value in the form of credit points.
  • These cannot be purchased in advance.

How can I access my credits?

  • Your credit points’ history is available when you log in your ArtzFolio account.

How can I use my credit points? Do these credits expire?

  • You can use your credits for purchasing any product any time.
  • These never get expired and can be used multiple times in any denomination till they are exhausted.

Can I use my credits partially while paying for an order?

  • You have the option to partially pay for your order via credits. For the remaining balance, you can choose to pay as per the payment options available on your order.

What products can I purchase with the credits?

  • You can use your credits to purchase any product across all categories, even while purchasing discounted products.

Can I use discount/promo coupon code along with my credits?

  • You can use your credits for the net order value after applying the discount/promo coupon code.

I had purchased a product via credit points. How will I receive refund on returning this product?

  • If credits were used to make a purchase, refund will also be via credits. This can be utilized for future purchase on the website.

Can I transfer my credits to another ArtzFolio account?

  • Unfortunately no. Your credits are equivalent to money. To keep them secure, their transfer or interlinking with any other account is not possible.

 


 

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

ArtzFolio (‘www.ArtzFolio.com’ or ‘Website’) aims to assure on behalf of the artists that each piece of original artwork (referred below as ‘artwork’) such as original hand painting, limited edition artwork and other handcrafted unusual artwork (not including art prints, apparels, home décor, kitchenware, accessories, jewellery, precious stones, artifacts, and sculptures) which we offer for sale on the Website is a genuine work of the artist listed.

ArtzFolio guarantees the authenticity of the original hand paintings, limited edition artwork and other handcrafted unusual artworks for a period of 3 months. Authenticity in relation to such artworks shall mean their compliance with the description provided on the website, particularly with reference to the name of the artist, title (if any), date of creation, dimensions, medium, and material etc.

In the unlikely event that within 3 months from the sale of the artwork, it is proved by the buyer to the reasonable satisfaction of ArtzFolio that the item was not authentic and if, in ArtzFolio's opinion, this would have significantly impacted the price a buyer would have been willing to pay for the item, ArtzFolio shall be entitled to cancel the sale and the seller will be liable to refund to the buyer the price paid for the item, once the buyer returns the item to ArtzFolio. ArtzFolio shall hand over to the seller the item returned by the buyer.

 

Authenticity claim in relation to artwork will require that an examinable proof, which clearly states that the item is not authentic, is provided by an established and acknowledged authority. The decision by ArtzFolio in respect of such claims shall be final and binding.

This guarantee shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • The claim is made by the actual buyer as registered with ArtzFolio and the benefit of the claim is not assignable to any subsequent owners or others.
  • The artwork is returned in the same condition that it was in at the time of delivery of the item to the buyer.
  • The artwork was indisputably purchased through ArtzFolio.

 

ArtzFolio retains the right to consult with, at the expense of the buyer, two recognized art experts (such experts being mutually acceptable to ArtzFolio and the buyer), to examine the artwork under question before deciding to cancel the sale and offer the refund under the above guarantee. The opinion of the experts shall not be binding on ArtzFolio.

In the event of the seller's failure to refund the proceeds as stated above, the buyer shall return the item to ArtzFolio and authorize the company as its agent to initiate legal proceedings against the seller. Costs for any such legal proceedings instituted by ArtzFolio against the seller shall be borne by the buyer.

ArtzFolio respects the intellectual property rights of every artist and art institution, and we require our artists to do the same. If you see anything on the Website, which you believe is violating the intellectual property rights of any individual, company or organization, please send an infringement notice at legal@artzfolio.com. ArtzFolio will, after due research, take appropriate action which includes removal of such artworks from the Website and debarring such artist from the Website.

ArtzFolio (‘www.ArtzFolio.com’ or ‘Website’) is an internet based e-commerce portal operated by Vishnu Image Folio Pvt Ltd (‘VIF’), a partnership firm incorporated under the laws of India. It offers a range of art products directly or through third-party tie-ups, as well as provides artistic services such as fresco paintings, photo adaptation, customized art and photo gifts etc.

 

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as your use of service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions (‘Terms’).

Definition

‘You’ and ‘User’ shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and using the services offered through the Website.

‘Buyer’ means a person who is a registered user on the Website and can buy any product on the Website.

‘Description’ means all the details of any product/service as set out in the Website and may include, without limitation, the name of the artist, designer or manufacturer, product title, material, dimensions, colour, weight, year, and other details.

‘Product’ or ‘Products’ include artwork, apparels, home décor, kitchenware, accessories,  jewellery, gem stones, loose precious stones and other such articles offered by ArtzFolio for sale either individually or collectively (as a single unit) through the Website or any other medium.

‘Service’ or ‘Services’ include artistic services, such as fresco, photo editing and many more, offered by ArtzFolio or third-parties in contract with ArtzFolio.

‘Service Providers’ mean independent third-party service providers, and ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall mean Vishnu Image Folio Pvt Ltd, its franchisor, affiliates and partners.

 

Introduction

By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.

User Account, Password, and Security

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
  2. You agree to immediately notify ArtzFolio of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain your account security.
  3. You agree that all the information furnished at the time of registration is true and correct, and any change in the information provided will be updated and intimated to ArtzFolio immediately. We are entitled to act on the basis of the information provided and seek such further information, clarifications or verifications as it may deem necessary for granting user registration.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any user’s registration on any observation that the user has provided inaccurate information.

 

General Terms

  1. The products being sold on the Website may not always be manufactured, produced or designed by ArtzFolio and may be third-party products. They may or may not be in our physical possession and may be physically located anywhere in the world.
  2. The services being offered on the Website may not always be directly offered by ArtzFolio and may be offered by third-party in contract with us.
  3. All products/services offered on the Website will be sold at the final price after adding to the cart and no negotiations will be entertained. The final product value will include duties, taxes, and shipping charges, if applicable.
  4. The Buyer agrees to pay any duties and taxes that might be applicable on the purchase of products in addition to its selling price.
  5. All invoices will be raised by ArtzFolio based on the registration information provided by the Buyer or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase.
  6. For products/services sold or booked on the Website, payments will be accepted only from the original Buyer from whose user account the transaction had been made. In case of payments from any account with a different name, the onus and liability lies only on the Buyer.
  7. Placing an order on the Website binds the Buyer into a legal contract of sale, unless the transaction is cancelled as per the terms and conditions for the returns, exchange and cancellations.
  8. We shall have the right to cancel any order at any time prior to the delivery of the product or completion of the service, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  9. We shall assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur in the product/service description, pricing or other content. In the event of such an error, ArtzFolio reserves the right to cancel the order placed by informing the Buyer.

The product/service will be shipped/delivered to the Buyer once all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, tax etc. as may be reasonably requested for by ArtzFolio are completed and payment has been realized in full including any additional charges. Transit and insurance costs will also be included in such additional charges, if applicable.
  11. The Buyer can also choose to himself/herself collect the product from ArtzFolio offices within a reasonable time as agreed between the Buyer and ArtzFolio at the time of placing the order.
  12. ArtzFolio is authorized by the sellers to exercise complete discretion in the illustration and descriptions of the products/services for viewing and sale, and acceptance or rejection of orders received.
  13. The authenticity guarantee differs from product to product as offered by ArtzFolio or the third-party selling in contract with ArtzFolio.
  14. We are not obligated to provide any physical preview of the product either before or after the sale. We are in no way liable for the condition of the product once dispatched from our warehouse/offices.
  15. We might discontinue any of our products, refuse any of our services and terminate user accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.
  16. All foreign currency exchange rates are volatile and are fixed by ArtzFolio in reference to the rates prevailing in the Indian currency markets.

 

Limited Usage

No Compensation Policy

If the quality of any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you from us, through ArtzFolio’s Website or offline sales, did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than the return, exchange or refund of the product so concerned.

The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery or service execution caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with the logistics partners or their personnel; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc.

Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation, over and above the entitled refund, will be treated as loss to business cases. ArtzFolio holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.

Pricing

Prices for products are mentioned on the Website and may be presented in different currencies. The prices may change anytime, without any prior notice/intimation, at ArtzFolio’s discretion.

 

Shipping

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon ArtzFolio’s shipment to the logistics partner.

 

Delivery

ArtzFolio will deliver the products as per the terms of operations of its logistics partners. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in multiple attempts (as per the contract between ArtzFolio and its logistics partners), we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.

Sometimes, product delivery may take longer than normal duration due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

"The Buyer agrees that the title to the goods is transferred to him/her post placing the order and dispatch confirmation thereof irrespective of shipping of goods and COD which are to be done in due course being separate operational and chargeable facilities."

 

Post Delivery

ArtzFolio offers a 7 days return/exchange policy. You can return/exchange your order for a full refund of the paid price (subject to certain conditions), in case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please note that the cash-on-delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund order value as these are non-refundable charges.

Returned products will be accepted only if they are returned in a saleable condition with their original packaging and an undamaged condition. Refund/exchange of products is subject to inspection by the ArtzFolio team.

All components of the product as well as any complimentary gifts which came along with it must be returned back while returning/exchanging the original product.

Our return/exchange policy does not apply to many product categories such as handmade paintings, antiques, artifacts, high-value products etc. Most of our products are usually customized and as such we are unable to return/exchange/cancel the products.

 

Reverse Pickup Process

ArtzFolio will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. For any product not belonging to ArtzFolio but returned by mistake, we will not be accountable in case of its misplacement and shall not be responsible for its delivery back to the customer.

The customer should collect the product return slip or any written confirmation from the logistic company that the product return has been done for a particular shipment/order. In case of any discrepancy in the status of reverse pick-up of a product (where the customer claims the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise), refund will be initiated only if the customer successfully furnishes the product return slip given at the time of the pick-up.

 

Exchange

In case of exchange request placed by the customer, the exchange value will be equal to the actual amount paid for the order post any discount that was availed at the time of ordering.

 

Termination

ArtzFolio may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, you have breached any of the Terms. In such situations, we may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and we will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. Governing Law

Unauthorized Charges

If you see unauthorized/duplicate charges on your credit/debit card/net banking for purchases made on ArtzFolio, please report the matter at the earliest, preferably within 15 days of the transaction, to enable us to begin an investigation.

 

Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders / Loss to Business Orders

In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, ArtzFolio reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card/account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card/bank account. Any promo/discount voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

  • Customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by ArtzFolio
  • Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification
  • Misuse of another customer's phone/email
  • Customer uses invalid email and contact number
  • Overuse of a voucher code
  • Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used
  • Customer returns the wrong product
  • Customer refuses to pay for an order
  • Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order

The customer may be considered loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met:

  • Customer with a very high return rate
  • Invalid/incomplete address cases
  • Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues

Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked.

 

Bulk Orders

ArtzFolio allows you to book a 'Bulk Order' which is an order fulfilling the below mentioned criteria and any additional criteria as defined by us:

  • Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category
  • Products ordered are not for self-consumption or personal use but for commercial purposes

The price, discounts, logistics charges and delivery timing, among other things, may vary for bulk orders in comparison to the normal orders for the same products/services. ArtzFolio reserves the right to decide on such policy variations from time to time and order to order.

 

Process for Pilferage Claim

In case of a pilfered order/product, the customer must raise a complaint through Customer Helpline.

  1. The customer is supposed to claim for pilferage within 48 hours of product delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained.
  2. An email will be sent seeking/providing following information:
    1. Short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
    2. The snapshots of the packet and other box (Try to photograph the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the customer)
    3. The refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation which usually requires 7 business days. The process will include investigation with the concerned departments.
  3. The customer may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
    1. Customer fails to provide adequate information about the case.
    2. Customer fails to provide snapshots of the product packet and box (if any).
    3. If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
    4. Customer must not dispose the packaging for at least 7 days post product delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

 

Product Mispricing

ArtzFolio aims to consistently ensure that all our products are priced at their true value. However, in case of any mispricing found for any purchased product, we follow the below steps:

  • If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the item.
  • If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.

 

Product Review Guidelines

  1. Fair and effective content: The content of the review must be honest, simple, to-the-point and helpful in the interest of future buyers of the same product. Kindly note that your review is based on your personal experience of your product choice, timing of the order and demographic contours.   1. Under various guidelines from the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) and other governing Indian authorities, ArtzFolio and VIF have to follow certain policies and rules in regards to various promotions, contests, offers, campaigns, coupons codes, reward points, and other Website features.
  2. Gift cards or vouchers, sold or distributed by ArtzFolio or by any of its partner, are issued directly to a customer only. We are not liable for any misuse, loss or damage of any voucher or gift card.
  3. Discounts will be applied to the total order value including VAT and other applicable taxes. Issuance or redemption of a voucher or coupon will apply to the total value of the qualifying order once all promotional discounts have been applied.
  4. Different vouchers are applicable on different product categories. In order to know the valid categories, please check the email or voucher card you received.
  5. Two vouchers/coupon codes cannot be applied in the same order. In general our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.
  6. Discount vouchers may only be applied for purchases made through the account to which the voucher was offered and registered.

Terms for ArtzFolio Rewards Program

  1. You can earn referral points by inviting friends to register on ArtzFolio.com. These members must be new to ArtzFolio and must not be previously registered on the Website.
  2. Members will be eligible to get referral points only if the referred friend clicks the invitation email or member’s personalized link to place a successful order (order should neither be cancelled nor returned) on the Website.
  3. ArtzFolio reserves the right to place restriction on the maximum number of referral invites a member can send in his lifetime.
  4. On all the purchases made by a member on the Website, he/she earns reward points as per the ArtzFolio Rewards Program. These points can be converted into credit points which can be used for future shopping on the Website but cannot be exchanged for cash.

However, the reproduction rights of various artworks by different artists being sold on the Website is held by ArtzFolio.

User Content

The term "User Content" shall refer to any materials you upload, post, or otherwise transmit to this website or ArtzFolio or Vishnu Image Folio Pvt Ltd (referred to as the "Site"), including but not limited to images, text, data, sketches, photos, drawings, graphics, digital images, or any combination thereof.

 

User Content Guidelines

Users of Photos to Artz must adhere to the following guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or reject any User Content that may conflict with these guidelines. Gross or repeated violations may result in restrictions on or termination of your use and/or account.

  1. Intellectual property violations: Users must honor the intellectual property rights of others. Users shall not post or distribute content to which they do not own the copyright. In addition, users shall not post or distribute images or other content that:

    3. Infringes any third party's rights of privacy or publicity.

    4. Is otherwise illegal.
  9. Misrepresentation: Users may not falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation, or affiliation of their content, with any other person or entity in any way.

Access to Uploaded Images

Photos to Artz is NOT an image storage and/or hosting service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have back-up copies of your uploaded images. You upload, email or transmit your images to ArtzFolio in any way in accordance with the following terms:

  1. For an image that is transmitted, but for which Services have not yet been purchased ("Unpurchased Image"), such Unpurchased Image can be modified, updated, or edited at any time.
  2. For an image that is uploaded and for which Services have been purchased ("Purchased Image") and the artwork has been started by ArtzFolio, such Purchased Image cannot be modified, updated, or edited in any way.

 

User Account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

 

Reviews, Comments & Questions

Visitors may send reviews, comments, and other communications, and submit suggestions, ideas, or questions, to ArtzFolio directly. Indemnification Costs shall include any costs incurred in the enforcement of the foregoing.

All our Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
